Each session consists of four essential steps:

Step 1: Pre-Induction

Together we will discuss which issue to focus on during your hypnosis session. Feel free to ask me as many questions as needed during this stage before getting started.

Step 2: Induction & Deepening

This is the formal hypnosis stage of the session in which you will close your eyes, relax your mind and body, and breathe deeply to reach a trance-like state.

Step 3: “Heart” of the Session

Once your conscious mind is relaxed, your subconscious mind opens up. I guide you to change behavior or achieve a specific goal using metaphorical imagery.

Step 4: Awakening

At the end of session, I guide you back into a conscious state. This is a gentle process. Once you are fully awake, we will review your experience together.
