The Anxiety Reset is a structured 6-session hypnosis program that blends education, nervous system regulation, and deep subconscious healing to release old patterns and create new, healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and responding to life.
You’ll learn how anxiety works, why it’s not “who you are,” and how to work with your mind and body to shift into a calmer state. Then, we’ll go deep—using powerful hypnosis sessions to uncover and release the root causes, so you can feel truly free.

~ Regression hypnosis session to identify and release the original source of your anxiety

Session 5 – Clearing the Last Blocks

My work integrates advanced training in Internal Family Systems (Level 2 Certified) and Somatic Experiencing (currently in my third year of training), allowing me to address both the subconscious mind and the nervous system for deeper, more lasting change.
As a survivor of CPTSD who has personally healed and transformed my own anxiety, I bring not only professional expertise but also deep empathy and understanding. I know what it’s like to live with anxiety, and I know it’s possible to feel calm, confident, and free again.
Each session consists of four essential steps:
Step 1: Pre-Induction
Step 2: Induction & Deepening
This is the formal hypnosis stage of the session in which you will close your eyes, relax your mind and body, and breathe deeply to reach a trance-like state.
Step 3: “Heart” of the Session
Step 4: Awakening
At the end of session, I guide you back into a conscious state. This is a gentle process. Once you are fully awake, we will review your experience together.
