I recently sat down with mindfulness trainer, Sue Dhillon, for her podcast Blossom Your Awesome (isn’t that a fun name?!).
Sue and I went deep into how we can heal from trauma and move forward to live abundant lives. We discussed how tools such as: hypnosis, internal family systems and somatic work can deeply transform and heal trauma.
These modalities, which may be foreign to some, are the ones that have most helped me in my healing journey, and it is a JOY to share them with you!!
